Deposit Amount:
The seller of the custom item you're ordering typically requires a deposit of at least 30% to begin crafting your one-of-a-kind creation. This deposit is essential to initiate the creation process and is non-refundable, except as outlined in our standard return policy.

Deposit Payment:
Once you and the seller have agreed on the design, specifications, revisions, and estimated completion time, the deposit payment will be made to the seller. This confirms your commitment to the order and enables the artisan to begin working on your personalized item.

Order Completion and Payment Release:
After the seller has successfully delivered your custom item to you, the remaining amount held in our secure account will be released to the seller.

Note:
Custom-made items are generally non-returnable, unless they have defects or issues in accordance with our standard return policy.

We encourage you to communicate with the seller through our messaging system to ensure all details are clear and accurate before proceeding. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

By proceeding with the order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and policies outlined above.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance or clarification.
