Contacting a seller through Messages is the best way to get information about an item or resolve any issues you have with your order. Each seller on Prestigier manages their own orders and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.
How to contact a shop before buying
To contact the seller:
- On a listing page, click "Inquire" under the listing title.
- Sign in to your Prestigier account if you aren’t already, or create an account.
- Type your question into the textbox.
- After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.
How to contact a shop about an order
- Sign in to Prestigier.com and go to Your account.
- Go to "My Orders"
- Choose the order you need help with and click on "Contact Seller"
- In the text box that appears, let the seller know what you need help with.
- Click on "Submit" to send. The seller will be notified of the new message and can respond.
The seller wasn’t able to help me
If the seller is unable to help you, your next step is to request help from Prestigier by opening a case.
