How do I find out how much shipping will cost?


Shipping costs are indicated on each listing's description page. The figures shown are an estimate by Prestigier. The seller calculates the costs according to the weight and size of the product, the shipping destination, and the delivery service used.



How do I pay for delivery?


After you have placed your order, the seller will confirm availability and add the shipping costs (within 72 hours).


When the seller has confirmed the order and added shipping costs, you will receive a confirmation email for your order outlining the shipping costs. Please note that the order will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours if the delivery payment is not successfully made. 


Your card will then be automatically charged unless a pre-sale agreement was made for the delivery to be free or for the item to be collected.


Shipping costs are charged to the payment card used to make the purchase.


Issues when paying the delivery charge: 

If the delivery charge payment fails, we will attempt to re-charge your card and will also be in touch via email. If the payment for the delivery charge is not successfully made within the next 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
