How can I permanently delete my Prestigier account?

If you have an order pending, we do not recommend that you delete your account, as you will lose all contact with the seller in charge of processing your order.  


In order to close your customer account, please contact us via live chat, and we will aim to process your request within a maximum of 48 hours.


Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your account closure from our Customer Service team.
