For some listings, you can negotiate the price. If the price of the work is negotiable, you have a “Make an offer” button above the “Purchase” button.
To submit your offer, you must fill out the form. Your offer will then be forwarded to the seller, which reserves the right to accept or reject it. If your offer is accepted, it means that your offer is confirmed by the seller and it will be added to your cart. If your offer is rejected, you will be notified. The seller can also propose a counter-offer for the acquisition of the item.
